Abstract

Evaluation seeks to measure the impact of services provided in the center for independent life skills development, analysis of working procedures and tools used by the center team to develop independent life skills. Center offers specialized services to young people who are to leave the protection system, and those who have already left the system. The evaluation aimed to capture the way in which services are offered in terms of standard case management in child protection. The recommendations provided by evaluators are oriented organizational structure, the direct beneficiaries of activities and possibilities to develop new programs for youth.
