Abstract

This evaluation seeks to measure the impact of family services provided by Bacau County Department of Child Protection, analyzing work procedures, tools used by center staff and family services for needs assessment, staff needs and how to implement case management. Based on dinamic of child protection system, the evaluation proposed some changes in structure and practices of the institution at county level, for improving the case management in child protection field.
